We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Opened Products:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened bottles or products with broken seals due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll replace it at no cost (photo proof required).
